OTEX validation - taking infection control  to a new level

OTEX is available with a proven validation unit that confirms and records that every microfibre wash load processed by OTEX has been thoroughly de-contaminated.

Infection control professionals see the provision of JLA's validation unit as another major step forward in the battle against hospital acquired infections.

The unit is connected to an ozone sensor inside the washing machine. This monitors the level of ozone inside the drum during the wash cycle and indicates whether or not the laundry has been completely disinfected. It provides a printed receipt  and a web based audit trail is available too.

It also has an integrated room safety sensor to monitor the workplace, providing assurance of a safe working environment.
